Midland Downtown Farmers Market

Saturdays in June

Midland Downtown Farmers' Market - bringing locally grown and produced food to the Permian Basin community. From fresh fruits and vegetables, homemade breads and sweets, jams, jellies, and salsas - you will find everything you need to savor the local flavor every Saturday morning! Every one of our vendors has personally made or grown what you see at their booths, so when you ask, "what's in this?" or "does this contain...?" the person you are talking to KNOWS because they made it. When is the last time you knew where YOUR food came from? Saturday mornings at 1705 W. Missouri Ave. in Midland from 8:30 to 12:30

 Book Drive for United Way

June 1st-16th

Each June, communities come together to harness the volunteer spirit and improve the conditions in which they live. Join CNB in doing so!
Day of Action is an invitation for people to LIVE UNITED and address a variety of challenges. It is a day that we ask you to help us put our mission into action by volunteering to improve the building blocks for a good quality of life - education, financial stability, and health. Did you know that 61% of children from low income families have no books at home? CNB is helping United Way do a book drive and share those books with local nonprofits for their summer programs for children and youth. Books can be new or gently used, in English or Spanish. For more information contact Cindy Wagler at 432-262-1624.
